THE WORK OF Alice Corbetta

Alice Corbetta is an artist graduated in Painting in Brera, she moved to Montespertoli from Milan for many years and in this beautiful place in the Tuscan countryside she founded her artistic laboratory. Alice has developed a research through the observation of nature and the study of ancient techniques to create material surfaces inspired by it, from this experience her works and contemporary decoration projects are born.

 

THE ENVIRONNEMENT OF CHIANTI

The territory of Montespertoli is designed by vineyards and olive groves, wine and oil are therefore the protagonists of the local peasant culture. So the artist has decided to offer you a creative experience, starting from the link with this land: transforming your bottle of wine together into a unique artistic work. In fact, each of the participants will have a bottle of wine at their disposal, which they can decorate and personalize. During the workshop, Alice will teach the application of a technique: material imprinting. You will learn the use of matrices, stuccos, pigments, gold leaf and relief writing to create: your artist’s bottle!

 

THE ALICE’S STUDIO

Alice’s art studio located in via Piero al Mercato n.149 in Montespertoli… this is where your bottle will be transformed into a unique work of art! During the workshop, Alice will teach you the application of a particular artistic technique: material imprinting. We will decorate your bottle of wine with a very special embossed label, then colored with original pigments and textures. During the workshop there will be breaks and we will offer you tea or coffee and a cake. Feel free to contact us with any questions!

Participants

Groups of min. 2 to max. 8 people. , children up to 7 years free. Individuals aged 7 and older can participate, for a maximum total of 8 guests.In addition, parents can bring their children under the age of 2 with them. Discounts for groups and families.

 

Cancellation terms

Cancel up to 7 days before the start time of the Experience for a full refund or within 24 hours of booking, as long as it was made more than 48 hours before the start time.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before the start time of the experience, the amount paid will not be refunded. Any changes made less than 24 hours before the start time of the experience will not be accepted. Cut-off times are based on the local time of the experience.

 

What the experience includes

The visit to the Atelier and 1 bottle of ITG wine.All materials used for the workshop, a snack offered during the workshop with tea or coffee, water and dessert.
Timetable for the experience from 4 pm, to 5.30 every day
Duration of the workshop 1.30 h. about.

 

Advice

Comfortable clothing is recommended, for example: a t‐shirt for coloring freely and shoes for walking.
