The Bitossi family has always worked the land to obtain clays to be transformed into artistic ceramics. Today, that same land from raw material becomes raw material, an original and primeval element from which the intrinsic qualities of wine arise. The Lupinella is for us the symbol of the convergence between man and nature, between anthropic techniques and environmental inclinations, an icon of an agriculture that lives a constant relationship of reciprocity with the territory.
