Podere Ribaldaccio was born with the intention of offering natural and healthy products for the consumer. In fact, we cultivate ancient varieties of wheat which are transformed into our semi-wholemeal stone ground flour, which preserves all the nutritious part of the grain. Furthermore, in the 2 years that the land remains dormant, we cultivate legumes, excellent allies in the regeneration of the soil. We have a good mix of olive varieties that every year offers us a delicate Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
