Podere Lemniscata is a small and fragrant reality that comes to life in 2017 on the hills of Montespertoli. The desire to get back in touch with nature, its strength, its rhythms and its flavors has materialized in the birth of this family-run farm. Our work is based on taking care of the little things such as bees, lavender, saffron and aromatic herbs, with the aim of creating beautiful and genuine things, as nature does.
